Items are shipped out within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping is usually via USPS or FedEx. Tracking information is emailed after item is shipped.
Returns for all other items are accepted within 21 days of receipt.
Item must be in good, resellable condition.
Refunds may be in the form of credit to your payment method, or merchandise exchange.
Refunds do include the shipping charges if item is returned with an RMA#.
No returns are accepted without an RMA#.

We are not responsible for return shipping if an item is returned without a RMA#. We will refuse shipments billed to us unless prior approval has been granted.
